The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing great customer service and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were helpful in negotiating prices with local tourist services and provided honest advice and answers to all our questions. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was perfect, offering a variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being situated in a beautiful natural environment close to the city center and the dock.
That the room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay. This was a bit disappointing as we expected more frequent cleaning.

An overall good experience during my romantic escape. The cabins were nicely presented and had a feeling of privacy. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruits and bread. The location of the cabins gave us access to nearby attractions and the staff were helpful when it came to giving us directions and recommendations for activities.
The cabins could have been designed better to reduce noise, which was often disruptive during the night. , the Wi-Fi connection was weak, sometimes we had no connection at all.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel on Ilha Grande. the location was perfect, very close to shops and restaurants but just far enough away from the city center to be peaceful. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We also appreciated being able to borrow towels for the beach.
That the walls were a bit thin in our chalet, but overall it didn't detract from our wonderful experience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
